Goldman Chase Law LLC is managed by attorney David Gripman.  David has been an attorney for over 12 years specializing in real estate and mortgage matters.  David understands intimately how lenders operate as he was in-house counsel for two (2) lenders supervising all legal matters including loss mitigation, filing foreclosures and evictions and general lender litigation.  David’s unique lending knowledge gives his clients the very best representation against lenders and enables him to get the very best results for his clients.

David also knows the stress and pain involved when someone is going to get evicted from their home.  During the first few years of practicing law, David was extensively involved in litigating cases where he defended tenants from eviction.  In many cases, David counter-claimed and obtained significant recoveries for his clients because the landlords were not following the law.
